Great models and superb use of lighting. It is frankly a joy to see architecture shifting to real time rendering with the use of this engines.

Nice and Clean loft atmosphere here, nice reflections and materials, nice interactions with the furnitures and the lights.
The only thing is that you can see some lightmap compression artifacts on certain walls and maybe the use of ambiant occlusion is a bit faky here and there, but good realism in general.
The best about this project are the blueprints that allow the interaction with the funriture materials.
INSPIRING PROJECT !

Awesome architectual visualization. Very handy functionality for switching the lights and opening/closing doors. Color switching with these nice little cubes is great too. The only thing, which is a bit frustrating is the long light building process, it takes hours to build.

well first of all if you compared the video and the project archived the kitchen sink interactive (water on/off) is not there ..mabye the used a more finish version for the video…also the bathroom its also gone…it clearly shows in the video but …you just dont get it the files…no a big deal i guess most attractive part of the project is the changeable material features for the furniture….but still you have to figured out thats really going on the blueprints …also they used c++ code so is not only blueprints, a video tutorial would be useful….if not ill take you some time to figured it out.overall its a great project.

Hi Puniska, actually the video that you saw was a first demo project, and this project has led to the Loft, a smaller version. In the Loft product page you can see the video and photos with everything that is included.

I have a question regarding your lightmaps, do you set them individually or is it a global setting? Also, are you baking inside UE4 or other package?
